Roger TRESSOLS - President
In 1988, after several years at KPMG, world leader audit group, Roger Tressols joined the National Accountancy Group Eurex.
After presenting a thesis he obtained a Diploma in Chartered Accountancy and subsequent registration as Statutory Auditor at the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal.
In 1989 he was appointed to the position of CEO for Eurex Nice, subsidiary of Groupe Eurex France and later joined the Supervisory Board of Eurex SA, the principal holding company of the Group (50 subsidiaries / 30M€ turnover).
From 1996 to 2006 within the National Committee of Accounting of FNOGEC in Paris, he participated in the drawing up of the rules and principles of the General Chart of Accounts for Schools in connection with the CNC (Conseil National de la Comptabilité / National Council of Accounting). This federation groups together 9000 private schools with a State Agreement for 2 million pupils.
In 1998 he left the ‘subsidiary’ branch of the Group Eurex to join the Eurex ‘network’ (the company unit regrouping franchisees). The office then took the name of ‘SA Cabinet TRESSOLS et Associés’ (Accounting firm TRESSOLS & Associates).
In 2001 he started the company in a process of Total Quality Policy and it was the first in France to be awarded the label AFAQ / ISO 9001 (version 2000) which is recognised worldwide.
From 2002 to 2008 Roger Tressols taught Financial Policy at EDHEC Business School, Nice, (rated 7th best “Master’s Degree in Management” in Europe according to the 2006 Financial Times survey) and since 2008 he has taught the Techniques of Audit of Accounts for ATH (Association including several region-wide national consulting firms).
Since 2008 the Banque de France has awarded ‘SA Cabinet TRESSOLS et Associés’ and Roger Tressols the exceptional quotation 3++ representing the highest valuation awarded to a company and its leaders in France for the quality of its management indicators and credit rating. This quotation is the equivalent of the AAA Standard & Poor's international rating.
In 2011, he created an electronic DMS (Document Management System) in the office by stopping almost all use of paper and ink. He thus contributes to the protection ot the environment.
